Spa repair. Originally scheduled from 24-25 and decent onto 26 with partial acces on 27 = no whirlpool on for the week end, by -3 outside.... It sucks

I liked the prominent achitecture, interior design and features, responsive staff and spacious surroundings.
No particular dislikes.

Perfect location if you combine visiting city centre, cause it's right behind the metro station and just 15 min walk or 2 bus station distance from Slavia arena if you visit concert or some sports.
The beds and the matttrases are just horrible and need to be replaced urgently! Just impossible to sleep!

Only the breakfast spread.
Room very small. Its a dead area, only teh metro is close by. But that option you can get with other good hotels too.

High standard of hotel at a fair price. Booked.net promised a free upgrade to family suite for families travelling with kids - we did get this upgrade, and the room was very spacious and nice. Breakfast buffet wasn't huged but it offered a nice selection. A cooking lady was ready to cook eggs and pancakes which was excellent.
The staff did not seem welcoming at all. No one helped us upon arrival despite our luggage and 2 small kids. We had to find a trolley for the luggage ourselves. Whenever we contacted the staff at the reception they replied short and firm. We tried the room service once. The woman at the phone was rude saying I had to speak loud and fast as she was busy. The food itself took 45 minutes to prepare, it was cold and not tasty despite the high price + additional delivery cost!! Wifi had additional cost as well, even delivery of fork and spoon to the room had a cost. Location is quite far from the city centre and attractions. The location on top of a metro station however is helpful.
